The radar plots lateral, longitudinal, and combined G in real time at 50 samples per second — fast enough to show load building and releasing, not just peaking. Combined G is the one that matters most and the one single-number meters hide: braking while turning is where tires actually run out of grip.
Every significant event is recorded into the trip with its peak value and timestamp. After the drive, the shape of each corner is reviewable — a smooth arc or a spike-and-correction — and that shape is the raw material for the Smoothness Score. The radar is the live view; the record is what makes it worth having.
